The spacious 5 bedroom house is in an upscale neighborhood in Sorrento Valley. It is minutes from Mira Mesa, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, and La Jolla (UCSD). The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We also have a very large backyard with a rose garden. The house has high vaulted ceilings and tons of room.
Utilities are shared 5 ways and are usually about $75/month(including cable tv and high-speed cable internet, wireless and wired). Deposit is one month''''s rent, or $550. The tenant in this room would share a bathroom. I can only rent to single individuals only(no couples). Occasional overnight guests are accepted.
